Shipping

Orders shipping within 1 – 2 working days.
Delivery Charges
No hidden charges, no confusion – pay only Rs. 250/- as a flat delivery fee on every order.Whether you buy 1 product or 10 products, the delivery cost stays the same.
If parcel returns:
Refund = Product price – original shipping – return courier fee – handling fee.
If parcel does NOT return or is destroyed:
No refund is possible.
Wrong Address or Missed Delivery
- Customers must enter a full and correct address at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or loss if:
- Address is incorrect/incomplete
- Customer does not answer courier calls
- Customer misses delivery attempts

Customer fails to collect from the courier
If the parcel returns to us:

You may pay for re-delivery, OR

Request a refund (minus shipping + handling) if the item is still in resalable condition.
- You can return upto 7 days even you have open or used the product.
If the parcel is not returned, no refund applies.

The product must be unused and in original packaging.
After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund. Late reports or missing evidence cannot be processed.
