We accept returns and exchanges for any perfume you are unsatisfied with, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Smell First, Pay Later: Customers may Test the fragrance upon delivery to ensure satisfaction before fully committing to the purchase.
- Usage Limit: Perfume bottles with up to 10% used (i.e., at least 90% remaining) are eligible for return.
- Request Timeline: Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
All products are eligible for return; however, the following are exceptions:
- Bottles where more than 10% of the product has been used (beyond testing).
